Bedroom drawing task

Today, I on the instruction of our lecturer, I drew my bedroom.

I believe it was successful in utilising 3 point perspective, additionally helped capture objects in my room.

However, the thing I found most difficult which appeared in previous weeks was the idea of creating form or shape of an object with shading and tone rather than the line art.

This was evident in this piece where I attempted to create form and shape with just shading alone and it made the objects look a bit skewed and lighting projection seem off.

However in the future, I will always try to use harder grade pencils to ensure I can build up the shadow rather than applying all the tones at once.
